The Air Jordan 1 'New Love' Mid was released in 2007 as part of the 'Old Love/New Love' package – the other sneaker was an Air Jordan 1 Retro Mid in the 'Black Toe' colorway. To mark the 10th anniversary of the 'New Love' Mid, Nike brought it back in spring 2017. The shoe retains Jumpman branding to the tongue and heel, just like the 2007 version, but features Air Jordan styling from OG Wings logo at ankle collar in place of the 2007 plastic stitched variant.
