This black colorway of the KAWS x Air Jordan 4 Retro released in November 2017, several months after renowned Brooklyn artist Air Jordan 4's first collaboration, a gray colorway that dropped in March 2017. Like its predecessor, the Shoe wears an all over suede upper. a subtle tonal print depicting the cartoonish hands of the famous KAWS Companion figure. Those same hands are seen beneath the translucent glow-in-the-dark sole. The artist's signature "XX", juxtaposed over Nike's "AIR" branding, is inscribed on the heels.
