The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 9060 'Baby Shower Blue' features a new silhouette as part of the 'Inside Voices' pack, the follow-up to the Chicago-based designer's 'Outside Clothes' collaboration from 2021. Inspired by New's 990 series Balanced on classic running styles from the early 2000s, the shoe uses an airy yellow mesh upper with a tonal 'N' logo and suede overlays in a pale aqua tone. Pastel pink details land on the padded collar lining and ABZORB split midsole, the latter bolstered by a podular outsole in sticky gum rubber. 'JFG' branding appears on the leather heel tab, while 'Inside Voices' is embroidered on the back of each shoe's heel.
