The New Balance 9060 'Sea Salt' showcases neutral tones in a lifestyle runner that takes design cues from classic 99X models, mixed with the visible tech aesthetic of Y2K-era running shoes. The upper combines a sand colored mesh with tonal suede overlays and mismatched 'N' logos, rendered in matte silver on the lateral side and embroidered in white on the opposite side. Above the tongue, the NB 9060 logo is inspired by the original 991 lace jewel. The shoe rides on a sculpted ABZORB midsole, enhanced with SBS cushioning and a translucent CR device in the heel. Underfoot, the diamond sole pattern is borrowed from the 860.
