The exposed brand logo creates a distinctive visual focus. The toe of the shoe is embellished with the phrase "Peace by Piece". The body of the shoe is made from black canvas fabric with multiple stitching structures to give the shoe a layered look.
The sole is made of natural rubber with a deconstructive approach to design, subtly avoiding kitsch lines. Each pair is carefully glued by hand. The cork cushioning in the midsole is inspired by real leather shoes from the 17th and 18th centuries, which is a beautiful meeting between ancient handmade leather shoes and the contemporary vulcanization process. The design is for superior comfort and visual presentation that also provides a height enhancing slimming effect.
